Genuine Contact Spring Academy Accommodations

You will be staying in beautiful, modern “cabins” at the Coosawattee River Resort that have been reserved exclusively for the Spring Academy guests.  We have arranged for you to book your individual room for only the time you need so that you don’t have to book an entire cabin and find others to share it with you.  Our rental agent, Julee King of Lonesome Paws, is going to take care of that for you.  She has lots of experience doing this.

We have an unusual situation because our guests will be arriving and departing on different days, depending on which workshops they are taking.  This means that Julee’s going to be putting together a big puzzle and doing her best to give everyone what they request.  It will be first come, first served on the limited rooms, and she'll fill the closest cabins first, so it is to your advantage to reserve your rooms as soon as possible.  However, all of them have the same amenities, and none are more than a ten-minute drive from the Campus Lodges.

QUEEN BED with SHARED BATH

$50.00 for single occupancy; $60.00 for double occupancy.

Rates and rooms are exclusively for the Genuine Contact Spring Academy event. Room with one Queen bed and a shared bath in one of the cabins reserved for the Spring Academy.  Bath shared by one other room.  You will be notified which cabin when you check in at the Campus Lodge.

TWIN BED with SHARED BATH

$50.00 for single occupancy; $60.00 for double occupancy.

Rates and rooms are exclusively for the Genuine Contact Spring Academy event. Room with two Twin beds and a shared bath in one of the cabins reserved for the Spring Academy.  Bath shared by one other room.  You will be notified which cabin when you check in at the Campus Lodge.  

If you are a single, but want to have a roommate assigned to you, book as a single occupancy and indicate your preference in the appropriate check box on the Reservation Form, and Julee will contact you with further details.
